WING TAI CLOTHING & WING TAI FASHION IN-STORE SALES POLICY
1. All items sold are strictly not returnable / refundable unless with written approval from the
WING TAI Management.
2. Strictly no exchange for lingerie, undergarment, bikini, socks, hosiery, jewellery, make up
item and concession item.
3. All Sale/promotional merchandises are on strictly not exchangeable / refundable.
4. Exchange policy applies if the following requirements are fulfilled:
– Within 30 days from date of purchase starting from 1st September 2019 onwards,
– Item must be in good condition, meaning not damaged, not washed or soiled.
– The original swing tag and price tag still attached to the item.
– With original receipt.
5. Customer/client is allowed to exchange the item at any of the respective brand’s outlet located within Malaysia.
6. Exchange for different options within the same brand (applicable for damaged/recall item):
– The customer/client shall pay the difference in price value if the normal retail price of the exchanged item is higher than the returned item.
– No cash refund if the normal retail price of the exchanged item is lower than returned item.
