– Register online via www.f3.com.my.
– Scan in-store QR code to register.
– Download the F3 | Fashion Fast Forward Mobile App and register.
You will automatically start from the F3L(ite) tier. Spend RM350 in a single receipt to be upgraded to
F3+.

2. HOW DO I BECOME A F3+ MEMBER?

Spend a minimum of RM350 nett in a single receipt at any F3 brands (standalone and concess counters).

3. HOW DO I BECOME A F3V MEMBER?

Spend a minimum of RM3,500 nett in a single receipt or within 6 months at any F3 brands (standalone
and concess counters).

4. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BEING A F3 MEMBER?

– 5% discount on Full-Priced items at all F3 brands (except at Outlet stores).
– 10% Birthday eVoucher on your birthday month to be used on Full-Priced items at all F3 brands
(standalone only).
– RM10 Welcome eVoucher when you sign-up via Mobile App or on F3 Website.
– Earn 1 point for every RM1 spent at all F3 brands (standalone and concess counters).
– Earn 1 point for every RM3 spent at all F3 brands (Outlet stores).

5. HOW CAN I ENABLE POINT REDEMPTION?

To enable point redemption, you must at least a F3+ tier. Log in to profile via www.f3.com.my or Mobile App. If you have enough points, you can opt to convert your points to eVoucher and flash the eVoucher barcode to cashiers upon payment to utilize it. All eVouchers are valid for 30 days upon issuance. All
points will expire on 30 June the following year of earning.

6. HOW CAN I UTILIZE MY REDEEMED EVOUCHER?

Just flash the eVoucher’s barcode to cashier before making payment. All eVouchers are valid for 30 days upon issuance. Only F3+ and F3V can utilize eVouchers. eVouchers cannot be used at concession counters and Outlet stores.

7. WILL MY POINTS EXPIRE?

Yes, points accumulated will expire on 30 June yearly. Expired points cannot be extended or reinstated. Sample below:

12. EVOUCHER FAQ

– All RM eVouchers are stackable and only can be used at standalone stores.

– All % eVouchers cannot be combined with other eVouchers or campaign vouchers/promotions. These eVouchers are only applicable at standalone stores.

– Birthday eVoucher is not applicable at Mango and concess counters.

– 1,500 points is equivalent to RM50 eVoucher and every subsequent 100 points is worth RM10. Denominations are only in RM10 or RM50. Example: 1,800 Points = RM80 (1x RM50, 3x RM10).

– Status of eVouchers are;

  PRINTED : Ready to be used

  USED : Already utilized

  EXPIRED : No longer available as it has lapsed the expiry date

NOTE: Some eVouchers (i.e. Campaign eVouchers) have certain restrictions and T&Cs for its usage. Always refer to www.f3.com.my to read up on all the specific campaigns’ T&Cs before proceeding to use these eVouchers, to avoid disappointment.

 

FAQ is issued in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of any inconsistencies or discrepancies between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version, the English version shall prevail.
