01. How do I become a part of the Fashion Fast Forward (F3) community?

– Register online via member.f3.com.my, or

 

– Through our friendly cashiers when you make any purchase

 

You will be a F3Lite member until you fulfill the upgrade qualification.

02. How do I become a F3+member?

Spend a minimum of RM350 nett in a single receipt across any F3 stores (except discount outlet stores) in Malaysia.

03. How do I become a F3VIP member?

  • Accumulate RM3,500 nett within 6 months across any F3 stores (except discount outlets and Furla stores) in Malaysia.
  • Spend RM3,500 nett in a single receipt across any F3 store (except discount outlets) in Malaysia

 

To maintain in the F3VIP tier, maintain spend of RM8,000 nett within 12 months.

04. What are my privileges as a F3 member?

– 10% discount on regular priced items across all of our brands (except discount outlets and Furla stores*)

 

– 25% Birthday eVoucher on your birthday month (x1)

 

– RM1 spent = 1 point

  • Accumulate 800 points to redeem a RM25 eVoucher
  • Accumulate 1,200 points to redeem a RM50 eVoucher
  • Accumulate 2,000 points to redeem a RM100 eVoucher (F3VIP only)
  • Accumulate 3,000 points to redeem a 25% eVoucher (F3VIP only)

 

– Welcome eVouchers by upgraded tier

  • 20% eVoucher (x2) on regular priced items (upon F3+ upgrade)
  • RM100 eVoucher (x1) (upon F3VIP upgrade)

 

– F3VIP Renewal eVouchers every renewal period

05. How can I enable my point redemption?

To enable point redemption, you must an F3+ member and above. Log in to your F3 profile at member.f3.com.my to complete your personal profile and (√) the T&C. Visit any participating F3 store, make purchase and inform the cashier that you’d like to redeem your points for eVouchers.

06. What can I use my points for?

You can redeem your points for:

  • RM25 eVoucher upon accumulation of 800 points, or
  • RM50 eVoucher upon accumulation of 1,200 points, or
  • RM100 eVoucher upon accumulation of 2,000 points (F3VIP only), or
  • 25% eVoucher upon accumulation of 3,000 points (F3VIP only)

 

Redeemed eVoucher is valid for 1-month from the date of issuance. Expired vouchers cannot be accepted nor extended. Only F3VIP can utilize eVouchers at Furla stores. eVouchers cannot be used at concession counters.

07. How can I redeem my points for the eVoucher? And how can I utilize my redeemed eVoucher?

You can redeem and utilize your eVoucher by visiting any F3 stores in Malaysia and request our friendly cashiers to assist you. Expired eVouchers cannot be accepted nor extended. Only F3VIP can utilize eVouchers at Furla stores. eVouchers cannot be used at concession counters.

08. How do I get my birthday treat?

You will receive an email notification to inform you that your Birthday eVoucher has been credited to your F3 account. Visit any F3 stores in Malaysia on the month of your birthday to utilize your 25% discount. The eVoucher is valid for 1-time use on your birthday month only and cannot be used together with the 10% member discount. Expired eVouchers will not be extended. Only F3VIP can utilize eVouchers at Furla stores. eVouchers cannot be used at concession counters.

09. Can I enjoy the membership 10% discount and collect points without a physical F3 Card?

Yes, you will need show your membership barcode (found in your F3 online profile) to the cashier before payment to enjoy the discount and points collection. Only F3VIP can enjoy the 10% at Furla stores.

10. Will my points expire?

Yes, points accumulated will expire on 30 June yearly. Expired points cannot be extended or reinstated.

Points earned as at 31 Dec 2014 = 600 only

11. Will my membership expire?

No, your membership will not expire.

12. How do I update my personal information?

Activate your F3 account at member.f3.com.my after your enrolment. After activation, you can log in to your online account anytime to update your personal data as well as view your account activities.

13. How can I check my points balance and eVouchers that I have?

You can check your points balance and your vouchers via your F3 online account at member.f3.com.my.

14. I do not know my log-in password, or I have forgotten my password. What do I do?

If you do not know or have forgotten your password, log on to member.f3.com.my, select “Forgot Password” and fill in the required information. We will send a new password to your registered email address once we have verified that your F3 membership is valid.

15. What should I do if my password is denied?

If your password is denied, please use the CONTACT US form and send us a comment with details such as your name, IC/Passport number and your membership number. Or you can email us at f3@wingtaiclothing.com.my. We will get back to you within 3 working days.

16. I am a new member and I can't activate my membership on the site. What should I do?

Your profile might be incorrect on our database. Please use the CONTACT US form and send us a comment with details such as your name, IC/Passport number and your membership number. Or you can email us at f3@wingtaiclothing.com.my. We will get back to you within 3 working days.
