Requirements

  • Team player, hardworking, with positive and open mindset
  • Possess good selling skills
  • Willing to work retail shift hours

 

Responsibilities

  • Greet, serve and assist customers as they enter the store
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing good customer service
  • Keep up to date with special and on-going promotions
  • To manage product display at store, promote and upkeep the brand’s image
  • Practice security measures in order to uphold a safe and comfortable environment for customers
  • Take instructions and perform task with full commitment assigned by superior

Responsibilities

  • Focus on Digital Marketing
  • To uploading products into the e-commerce site, and website visuals and copy
  • To curate/prepare visual content and write-ups for social media marketing activities and website content
  • To assist in other digital marketing efforts

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Able to start immediately will be an added advantage
  • Familiar with marketplace such as Shopee, Lazada, Pretomall & Zalora
  • Magento v1.0 & Magento v2.0
  • Familiar with EPR and NAV System, Selluseller System, EWMS (Wareo) System or equivalent
  • Mailchimp

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform product listings into the marketplace through our Multi-Channel Commerce Platform
  • Create, manage & update content and pages creation for product to E-Commerce platform
  • Responsible for updating the correct content to the E-commerce platform
  • Responsible to search & match correct content for the product
  • Amending website content according to the requirements and deadline
  • Assist to create & manage E-Commerce platform campaign and promotion accordingly
  • Provide customer service support to the related stakeholder
  • Work together with Graphic team for banners creation for campaign period
  • Create SKU for new products
