  • Greet, serve and assist customers as they enter the store
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing good customer service
  • Keep up to date with special and on-going promotions
  • To manage product display at store, promote and upkeep the brand’s image
  • Practice security measures in order to uphold a safe and comfortable environment for customers
  • Take instructions and perform task with full commitment assigned by superior

Shop Manager (Based in Sky Avenue, Genting Highlands)

Job Scope/ Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to manage the shop’s daily operations to ensure smoothness, efficiency, productivity and profitability
  • Lead teams in achieving outlets’ sales target
  • Develop and implement effective planning strategies specifically on shop management, staff, stock and customer service
  • Ensure staff are adequately trained and coached



  • Required skill(s): supervising, leadership and managing, sales, Customer Service.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in a supervisory role managing a fashion retail outlet.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Sky Avenue, Genting Highlands.

Visual Merchandiser


Assist in in-store visual merchandising plus dressing up necessary fixtures, props and mannequins. Maintaining consistent display of product banners, posters and graphics in-store, window or shops’ surround.



  • Degree/ Diploma in Fashion/ Graphic Design, Retailing or related discipline
  • Preferably 1 year’s visual merchandising functions in the fashion retail industry, buying houses or department stores
  • Good commercial sense and keen in fashion display
  • Initiative, result oriented in fast-paced environment, creative and analytical
  • Team player and able to work independently
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
