Terms and Conditions:

1.   15% / 20% eVoucher can be used on maximum two (2) Normal Priced items only. Discount will be applied on the two (2) higher priced items if there are three (3) or more Normal Priced items in the receipt. However, if you wish to only purchase one (1) item, you can still utilize the eVoucher.
2.   15% / 20% eVoucher can be used in all F3 stores, except concession counters.
3.   Only one (1) 15% / 20% eVoucher per receipt. Members' 10% IS APPLICABLE with these eVouchers.
4.   20% eVoucher is only available for F3 VIP members.
5.   Redeemed eVouchers are valid for 1-month from redemption date. No extension/reinstatement is allowed.

F3 FAQs on Conversion of F3 Points Redemption to percentage (%):
 
1.   Why do we convert the F3 Points Redemption from Value (RM) to Percentage (%)?

    Starting 1st March 2015, we have enhanced our membership system to ensure the most beneficial way for members to make purchases at our stores. 
 
2.   Can I combine my new 15%/20% eVoucher with other eVouchers (ie. birthday & promotional)?
    NO. eVouchers cannot be combined with other eVouchers, unless stated otherwise. However, the members' 10% discount will be applied together with the 15%/20% discount.
 
3.   What are the terms and conditions of the 15%/20% eVoucher?
    Kindly refer to above.
 
4.   Can I use more than one (1) eVouchers in a single receipt?
    NO. Only one (1) eVoucher can only be used in a single receipt.
 
5.   I have redeemed my points for a RM25 eVoucher on 20 February 2015 and did not manage to utilize it by 28 February 2015. What should I do?
    Your points will be reinstated to you (automated by system) so you can redeem for a 15%/20% eVoucher in the future.
The points reinstated will expire on 30 June 2015. No extension/reinstatement is allowed.
 
6.   Will there be any changes on the eVoucher expiry after the conversion?
    NO. The expiry date of the new % eVoucher will remain the same – one (1) month from the date of redemption.
 
7.   How do I check on my points balance?
    Visit any of our F3 stores and ask our friendly cashiers; OR
Login HERE with your Passport/IC Number and password.
 
8.   Why are my points not updated or reflecting my current purchases?
    We seek your kind patience and understanding that it may take up to 10 working days for your purchases to be updated at our central server before being accessible online. Rest assured that your points will be awarded on every purchase made, unless stated.
